Soooo, the pics are out for Madonna’s Truth or Dare Shoe collection and my are they cute! Reflecting Madonna’s edgy yet feminine personality, the shoes – which are currently on sale in Selfridges – are selling really well! But despite this bolt of success, word on the blogs is that many of the shoes in the singer’s fashion line, look all-too-similar to designs from other brands.
Is it just a coincidence that Madonna’s peep bootie looks similar to Nowhere’s popular cap-top shoe? And the studded pump – was this inspired by Christian Louboutin’s all-black spiked pump?
Personally, I can definitely see similarities, but I’m leaning more to the ‘inspired by’ side of things. What do you think? Agree? Disagree? Are these just blatant copies?
